Kathmandu. The Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) has brought into operation a hearing at the central office of the Insurance Authority, Kupandol, Lalitpur from today for the purpose of hearing the complaints related to insurance claims.
Chairman of Nepal Insurance Authority Sharad Ojha has pledged to expedite the disposal of insurance related complaints filed with the AUTHORITY.
The meeting was chaired by Nepal Insurance Authority (INSURANCE) Chairman Sharad Ojha and attended by nra’s board members Man Bahadur Aryal, Santosh Rijal and Radha Kumari Pokharel.
Legal practitioners for and against the case were argued in the court on the complaint filed by an insured in the AUTHORITY that he did not get insurance claim from the insurance company.
