Kathmandu. Mero Microfinance Microfinance Financial Institution Limited is selling a total of 109,784 units of founder shares. Saksham Dhimire and Pratima Khanal have sold 76,163 units and 33,621 units respectively.
The company has fixed the minimum selling price of the shares at Rs 280 per share. At present, only the founding shareholders of this company can apply for the purchase.
Shareholders interested in buying the shares will have to submit an application to the company’s central office at Dnyaneshwar in Kathmandu within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice along with necessary documents.
