The office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Finance and the Insurance Authority have also been made defendants in the petition filed by Advocate Dhamala.

The writ petition against Chairman Ojha has been fixed 10 times including today. A joint bench of Justices Prakash Man Singh Raut and Nityanand Pandey had on May 12 ordered the cabinet to appoint Ojha as chairman.
