Kathmandu. Cdsc Ens Clearing (CDSC) is going to use social media to hear the complaints of stock market investors (service providers).
CDSC has so far been using e-mail or phone numbers to hear complaints from stock investors. However, despite the increasing use of social media in recent times, the CDSC has also decided to hear the complaints of service providers through the same medium.
According to the CDAC, along with e-mail and phone numbers, the complaints of the service seekers will now be heard through their own web site, Facebook page, Viber and WhatsApp, X (formerly Twitter) and TikTok.
