Kathmandu. More than 500,000 units of shares of Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance have been put on sale.
A total of 482,276 units of shares of the company’s founding group have been put on sale. Currently, only the existing founding shareholders of the company can apply for purchase of this share.
Applications have to be made for the purchase of shares within 35 days. The application can be submitted to the company’s central office in Naxal, Kathmandu.
If the founder shareholders do not apply for the purchase of shares within the stipulated period, the sale of other individuals and entities will be opened.
