Kathmandu. The stock market fell on the first day of the week on Sunday. The NEPSE index closed 8.57 points lower at 2,679.98.
Only two groups in the NEPSE sub-group have increased while the other 11 groups have decreased. Today, microfinance group has decreased by 2.32 percent while mutual fund group has decreased by 2.96 percent.
Shares of 99 companies have increased in the market today and 148 have fallen. The share price of one company has remained stable on this day.
The market has made a transaction of Rs 7.60 billion today. The highest turnover has been made in radhi electricity.
