Kathmandu. About 1.1 million units of shares of Nepal Finance have been put on sale.
The company had opened the right share sale to its shareholders some time ago. A total of 1 million 90 thousand 371.187 units of shares of the founder group, which were not sold at that time, have been put on sale through the auction process from May 15.
Any individual and organization interested in this share can bid for the purchase. The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 100 per share. Investors will have to bid at the minimum price or above while submitting the bid.
At the time of submission of bids, a minimum of 1,000 units and more than 10 points will have to apply for the purchase. Bids for the purchase of shares can be submitted till June 15.
The bid can be submitted at prabhu capital’s office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, nepal finance’s central office kamaladi, branches banepa, Machhapuchchhre, Lagankhel and Tilottama and Prabhu Bank’s branches in Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Surkhet and Dhangadhi.
