Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has urged the general public to keep sensitive details and documents safe.
Issuing a notice for financial awareness today, the Rastra Bank has made this request. The central bank has also advised to exercise high caution in the use of such details and think before sharing personal sensitive details with others.
According to the NRB, the sensitive and personal information of the general public can reach cyber crime and financial fraud gangs by sending their personal and sensitive documents and details such as passport, citizenship, national identity card, license, identity card, credit card, debit card to anyone, uploading it on social media, e-mailing and giving photocopy.
