Kathmandu. The stock market rose by double digits on Monday. The NEPSE index closed 19.30 points higher at 2,628.36.
As the market increased, 12 groups in the sub-group of NEPSE have increased and one has decreased. On the other hand, the Development Bank Group declined the most by 1.88 per cent, while the Hotel and Tourism Group declined by 1.24 per cent.
On this day, the share price of 185 companies in the market has increased, while the share price of 60 companies has decreased. Shares of two companies remained stable.
Today, the market has made a transaction of Rs 1.55 billion. The highest turnover has been made in radhi electricity.
