Kathmandu. Neco Insurance Limited has distributed undistributed right shares and refunded the amount. The company had invited purchase of 5,030,901.55 units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share issued in the ratio of 4:1. The company had opened the sealed bids received during the period on May 26 and distributed it.
The refund payment for the shares not allotted to the applicants will be transferred through IPS to the bank account mentioned in the applicant’s application form from today.
It has also been requested to contact the sales manager’s office within office hours if the amount is not deposited by confirming that the amount has been deposited in their bank account.
In addition, the final price of the allotment to the general public is Rs 697.78 and in the case of bidders at that price, the distribution has been made proportionately according to the relative weight. The results can also be viewed from the sales manager’s website.
