Kathmandu. Life Insurance Corporation (LIC Nepal) Dividend has been announced for 81.
A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Wednesday decided to distribute 10.526 percent dividend of the current paid-up capital of Rs 5 billion from the distributable profit of the fiscal year. This includes 10 per cent bonus share and 0.526 per cent cash dividend for tax purposes.
According to the company, the proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority after approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
