Kathmandu. More than 418,000 units of shares of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance have been put on sale.
A total of 418,826 units of shares of the founding group have been put on sale. Currently, only the existing founding shareholders of the company can apply for purchase of this share.
The founder shareholders will have to apply within 35 days for the purchase of shares. The application can be submitted to the company’s central office at Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
If there is no application for purchase of shares from the founding shareholders within the stipulated time, the sale of shares will be opened to other individuals and organizations.
