Kathmandu. Butwal Power Company Limited, hydropower and alternative energy promoter company. The company has earned a net profit of Rs 210 million in the third quarter of 2018-19. This amount is 16.78 percent more than the same period last year.

The company’s operating income has also increased. Operating income has increased from Rs 543.7 million to Rs 558.7 million. Income from other sources has increased from Rs 64.4 million to Rs 69.1 million.
Butwal Power’s financial expenditure has come down from Rs 9.33 million to Rs 6.14 million. With a paid-up capital of Rs 3.40 billion, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 3.66 billion. At the end of the third quarter, the earnings per share was Rs 6.17 and the net price per share was Rs 207.60.
