The AMC (Annual Maintenance Agreement) package is a service agreement that provides regular repair, checking, and necessary services to customers for one year. Under this package, any service that the customer wants will be provided at a fixed fee.
AMC packages start at Rs 1,500. According to the company, electric, plumbing, AC repair packages will cost Rs 1,500 per month. This package is specially designed for education, health, financial sector, government offices, hotels and restaurants, corporates and other business buildings.
In this, customers will get maintenance and regular check-up services as per the agreement. After taking this package, according to the agreement, the responsibility of all the work related to the service of the concerned customer will be taken by The Met.
