Kathmandu. Solar Farm is in the process of bringing an IPO worth more than Rs 19.25 crore. For this, the company has applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking permission.
Solar Farm will issue an IPO worth Rs 192,857,200 if Sebon gives permission. Accordingly, the company will issue a total of 1,928,572 units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100 each.
Kumari Capital is the ipo sales manager of the company.
