Kathmandu. Marriott International Inc. and CG Hospitality have announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to convert the Philippines’ famous Wellness Retreat, The Farm at San Benito, into an Autograph Collection Resort.
According to the Asian Journal, the agreement was announced in manila, the capital of the Philippines on Wednesday, and guests will be welcomed in the name of autograph collection at the end of the third quarter of 2025. With the brand promise of “like nowhere else”, the Autograph Collection brand is home to a curated selection of individual boutique hotels, each chosen for their inherent craft and design and specific approach to hospitality, delivering rich immersive moments to leave a lasting impression.

Located in the town of Lipa in Batangas, a 90-minute journey from Metro Manila, the 70-room Bilasi resort will have a bedroom villa and a private swimming pool villa with special two and four bedrooms.
