The company had posted a revenue of Rs 4.75 billion in 2024. The company is now looking to expand to Southeast Asia and the Gulf countries.

Both Vinod and Sagar are students of St Xavier’s College in Kolkata. Binod’s father also works in Kolkata, so Vinod also got a chance to study there. During his studies, Binod met Sagar.

The purpose of these two friends was to provide the customer with the experience of forcing them to say ‘wow’. They started with a small kiosk in Kolkata. Both aimed at shaping their love for food.

The two friends set up their first momo stall by taking a loan of Rs 30 from Sagar’s father. Sagar looked after marketing and retail sales, while Binod looked after production and quality. In this way, he made a small shop a big brand.

Initially, Vinod and Sagar faced a lot of difficulties. He started with small kiosks. Worked hard to attract customers. He began to make new types of momos, such as cheese, butter spices, and mobergs. Moberg is a momo-burger. With the arrival of Shah Miftaur Rahman in the finance branch and Murali Krishnan in marketing, ‘Wow! Momo’s team grew stronger.

Vinod and Sagar did not want their brand to be limited to food. He wanted to provide a surprising experience to the customer. With that thought, ‘Wow! Momo was born. -From Navbharat Times
