Kathmandu. Mobile Phone Importers Association (MPIA) has felicitated the newly elected central working committee office bearers of Nepal Mobile Distributors Association (NMDA). MPIA President Deepak Kumar Malhotra congratulated the newly elected NMDA President Raghu Tripathi and all the working committee members.
He also thanked outgoing Chairman Dinesh Chulyadyo, who successfully led nmda for two terms, and highly appreciated his contribution. Chairman Malhotra further strengthened the collaboration between MPIA, NMDA and Federation of Nepalese Mobile Entrepreneurs (FNMBA) for effective implementation of Mobile Device Management System (MDMS) and stressed the need for creating a safe, orderly and dignified mobile business environment.
He opined that ensuring quality services and facilities to the consumers should be the common goal of all. MPIA Vice-President Sanjay Agrawal expressed the view that there was an urgent need to control the unsecured lending transactions prevalent in the mobile sector and to curb illegal mobile imports.
Newly elected Chairman of NMDA Raghu Tripathi expressed his commitment to promote mobile business and maintain business purity with stronger coordination between MPIA and NMDA in the coming days. Talking about the challenges and future possibilities in the mobile market, he expressed the belief that cooperation would open the way to possibilities.
