The Health Insurance Board does not have its own permanent structure. Most of the manpower is contractual. Due to the existing technology, it has not been easy to pay claims. Health institutions have been blocking services from time to time due to non-payment of claims. For this reason, to meet this goal of the Planning Commission, it is necessary to bring about a big change from the structure of health insurance to technology.
