Kathmandu. Ruby Valley Hydropower Company is going to hold its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday. Meeting Company Registration Office, KMP. Ward No. 04, it is going to be done in Sukedhara. The meeting will begin at 12 noon.
The meeting will discuss and approve the annual report to be submitted by the chairman on behalf of the Board of Directors, the auditor’s report for the financial year 2080/81, including the balance sheet, profit loss account and cash flow statement.
The assembly will pass various resolutions including appointment of auditors for audit ing the fiscal year 2081/82 and fixing their remuneration, preparing an action plan for the next fiscal year and reviewing the work of the last financial year and approving the decisions taken by the board of directors.
