Kathmandu. The share price of Dordi Khola Hydropower Company has been adjusted.
The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share price of Dordi Khola Hydropower Company for the right share and fixed it at Rs 349.50 per share. The previous last trading price was Rs 599 per share. Now the shares of this company will be traded at the adjusted price.
The company will close its books tomorrow, Falgun 15, for the purpose of issuing right shares. Since today is Shivaratri, only the shareholders who held the shares till yesterday, February 13, are eligible to subscribe for the right shares of this company.
The company is going to issue 100 percent right shares in a ratio of 1:1 of the paid-up capital. The company has received permission from the Nepal Securities Board to issue right shares of Rs 1.542 billion 460 thousand 400 against the current paid-up capital of Rs 1.542 billion 460 thousand 400. According to which, the company will issue a total of 1 crore 542 thousand 604 units of right shares with a face value of Rs 100.
After the sale of the right shares, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 2.1085 million 20 thousand 800. The company has not yet set a date for the issuance of rights shares.
The Securities and Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) had granted permission to Dordi Khola Hydropower to issue rights shares on Magh 23.
