Kathmandu. The lock-in period for more than 30 million shares of Green Ventures is about to end.
The lock-in period for 28.216 thousand 950 shares of the company is set to end on Chaitra 20. Of which, 25 million shares belong to the founder group, 31.23 million shares belong to project-affected locals and 93 thousand 750 shares belong to employees.
The company opened the IPO sale for project-affected people from Falgun 2 to Falgun 20, 2078 and distributed it on Falgun 29. The company has issued IPO to the general public from Chaitra 8 to Chaitra 11, 2078. The IPO issued to the general public was distributed on Falgun 20, 2078 BS.
As per the Securities Registration and Issuance Regulations, 2073 BS, there is a provision that the shares distributed to the promoters, locals and employees should be kept in lock-in for 3 years from the date of IPO distribution. As per the same provision, the lock-in period of shares of those groups expires after completion of 3 years.
