Kathmandu. The share price of United Edi Mardi & RB Hydropower Limited has been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange. The company has closed its books for the purpose of general meeting and dividend distribution, and NEPSE has adjusted the share price and determined a new price.
NEPSE has adjusted the company’s 4 percent bonus share. After the adjustment, the company’s share price has been fixed at Rs 681.73 paisa. NEPSE has adjusted the price based on the last price of Rs 709 on the previous trading day. The company’s share trading will open in the secondary market on Sunday based on this adjusted price.
The company has called the 15th annual general meeting on Monday, Chaitra 11, at Abhaya Club, Gharipatan-17, Pokhara, Kaski. The meeting will begin at 11 am.
The meeting will pass a special resolution to distribute bonus shares at the rate of 4 percent of the current paid-up capital and a cash dividend of 0.211 percent for tax purposes, and to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of the current paid-up capital after the bonus shares are issued.
