Kathmandu. 9.75 million shares of two companies have been added to the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
A total of 9.752 million 658.02 shares of NLG Insurance Company and Nepal Lube Oil have been added to the NEPSE. Of which NLG Insurance has 9.631 million 220.22 shares of right shares and Nepal Lube Oil has 1.21 million 437.8 bonus shares.
NLG Insurance has issued 62.56 percent right shares of its paid-up capital to its shareholders, while Nepal Lube Oil has distributed 20 percent bonus shares to its shareholders from the previous year’s profit.
