Kathmandu. The auction period of 77,63,000 units of shares of Mid Solu Hydropower has ended.
Issuing a notice today, the company informed that the lock-in period of 7,763,153 units of shares will end from September 26. Currently, the promoter has 68,85,280 units of shares, 860,660 units of project affected locals and 17,123 units of employees of the company.
As per the provision, the promoters, project-affected locals and employees of any company have to keep their shares locked up for 3 years from the date of IPO allotment. However, even after the end of the lockdown period, the shares will remain frozen in the case of the company’s directors and senior management employees.
