Kathmandu. The lock-up period of more than 54 lakh units of shares of Nepal Republic Media has ended.
According to the notice issued by the company, a total of 54,02,159 units of shares will expire after June 26. Currently, the promoter shareholders of the company have 53,22,000 units of shares and 80,159 units of employees in the lockout.
As per the provision, the promoter and employees of a company have to hold their shares for 3 years from the date of IPO allotment.
