Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has added 5.8 million units of shares of life insurance company.
A total of 5,792,728 units of shares including bonus shares of Reliable Nepal Life and undistributed right shares sold through the auction of Sun Nepal Life have been listed on NEPSE. Of these, 5.568 million units of bonus shares of Reliable Nepal Life and 224,728 units of undistributed right shares of Sun Nepal Life.
For the previous fiscal year, Reliable Nepal Life had distributed 12 percent bonus shares. A few months ago, Sun Nepal Life had sold 27 per cent of its right shares to its shareholders in the ratio of 1:0.27.
