Kathmandu. More than 3,14,000 units of promoter shares of Samata Domestic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha have been converted into general public.
The promoter shares of the company have been converted into general public to modify the share ownership of the promoters and the general public. Accordingly, 3,14,399.97 units of promoter shares of the company have been converted into general public.
With this, promoter shareholders hold 59.11 percent and general public 40.89 percent.
