Kathmandu. The National Hydropower Company Limited (NHPC) is going to hold its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 14. The AGM will be held at 11:00 am at Amrit Bhog Catering in Kalikasthan, Kathmandu.
The AGM will endorse the proposal to endorse the annual report, financial statements along with the auditor’s report, statements of profit and loss and cash flow for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Similarly, the meeting will endorse the proposal of appointment of auditor and determination of remuneration for the coming fiscal year and election of seven directors including one woman to the board of directors.
The company has decided to close the share registration book for one day on July 30 for the AGM. Shareholders who have been traded in Nepal Stock Exchange till June 29 can participate in the AGM.
