Kathmandu. Sampoorna Capital and Advisory Nepal Limited has opened the right sale in the ratio of 1:0.12 shares from Today. The company has issued 101,330 units of rights at a face value of Rs 100 per share.
Applications for the right shares can be made till May 15. Interested shareholders can contact the company’s central office and issue shares.
