Kathmandu. The top leadership of the indigenous non-life insurer and reinsurance company has started seeing promising female faces. With a 75-year-long history of nepal’s insurance industry, women with experience have now started getting responsibilities on the basis of merit at the higher management level. Here is an attempt to cover some information about women leaders holding deputy chief executive and chief executive officer positions of domestic insurers.

Another deputy chief executive of the domestic non-life insurer is the ##inline_tags_PLACEHOLDER_6 of United Ajod Insuranceरिना Rijal##inline_tags_PLACEHOLDER_8#. He has experience of working at the top management level in both the banking and insurance sectors. She started working as an officer in Everest Insurance in 2057 BS and then continued to serve Kumari Bank for a long period of 11 years. After a four-year break, she re-entered the insurance sector as deputy general manager of Sanima General Insurance and after working for some time after the merger of Sanima and GIC Insurance, she was appointed as deputy chief executive of United Ajod Insurance from Last January. She completed her higher education from Amrit Science College.
Out of the 14 non-life insurers, The Oriental Insurance Limited, the Nepal branch of The Non-Life Insurer of India, is the Deputy CHIEF Executive Officer, सिरिशा Moruzola## According to The Oriental Insurance India, she started her career as an administrative officer on December 17, 2012.

Rama Daha ###inline_tags_PLACEHOLDER_43##ल. He is a non-life and reinsurance expert in terms of experience. She is currently serving as the Nepal Head of Synergy Reinsurance Labuwan Limited, a reinsurance broker headquartered in Malaysia. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Insurance Institute Nepal. Dahal has also worked in life insurance company Prime Life Insurance and non-life insurance company Everest Insurance Company. She is also a legal practitioner and has received a fellowship from Insurance Institute India. Apart from this, she has also received an ACCI degree from the Chartered Insurance Institute UK, UK. Dahal, who is interested in the study of various subjects, has also completed masters of arts in anthropology and sociology from Tribhuvan University.
Although a large number of women signatures can be seen in the post of Deputy Chief Executive and Executive in the insurance company, a significant number of women employees with important responsibilities are seen in the posts of General Manager, Manager and Officer.
