Kathmandu. The stock market rose marginally on Tuesday. On the day, the NEPSE index increased by 5.32 points to close at 2655.99.

Today, 9 sub-groups of NEPSE sub-group increased while 4 decreased. The hotel and tourism group saw the biggest rise of 1.40 per cent while the business group saw the highest fall of 1.33 per cent.

Shares of 122 companies rose and 125 companies declined. Shares of 10 companies remained stable on the day.

The market was traded at Rs 5.82 billion today. Bandipur Cable Car Ltd has recorded the highest turnover.
