Kathmandu. The share price of Shivashree Hydropower has been adjusted.
The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share price of Shivashree Hydropower at Rs 192.83 per share. According to the last trading price on Thursday, it was Rs 285.65 per share. Now the shares of this company will be traded according to the adjusted price on Sunday.
The company has closed the book for the purpose of issuing 100 percent right shares today. This means that only the shareholders who have been retained till July 15 are eligible to fill the right shares of this company.
The Securities Board of Nepal had on July 12 allowed the company to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:1, i.e. 100 percent of the current paid-up capital. Now the company will issue right shares worth Rs 1.47 billion to its shareholders.
The company will sell a total of 14.76 million units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 each. Citizens Capital is the right share sale manager of the company.
