Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share price of City Hotel for the purpose of issuing right shares.
Nepse has adjusted the price of City Hotel to Rs 578.42 per share. Today’s last trading price was Rs 961.15 per share. Now according to the adjusted price, the shares of this hotel will be traded.
The hotel has decided to close the book on August 15 to issue the right shares. This means that only the shareholders who have been retained till August 15 are eligible to fill the right shares of this company.
The Securities Board of Nepal has approved the issuance of 80 percent right shares in the ratio of 1:0.80. The hotel will now sell a total of 13.392 million units of right shares worth Rs 1.33 billion to its shareholders at a face value of Rs 100 each.
