Kathmandu. United Ajod Insurance is going to sell its founder’s shares. The company is selling 19,882 units of founder shares in the name of its founder shareholder Srijana Joshi.
According to the directives of the Nepal Insurance Authority, the first priority in the founder’s shares should be given to the existing founding shareholders of the company, only the founder shareholders of the company can buy.
The minimum price of the shares is Rs 215 per share. The founder shareholders interested in purchasing the shares will have to submit an application to the company’s head office at CTC Mall in Sundhara, Kathmandu, within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.
If the company does not receive any application from the founder shareholders within the stipulated time, then the shares will be open for sale to the general public.
