Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure dividend of Nepal Lube Oil Limited. The company is closing the book from October 28 to October 14 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till date will be able to participate in the AGM of the company and receive the dividend to be distributed by the company.
The company has announced that it will distribute 20 percent bonus shares to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has called its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 14 at The Plaza, Pulchowk, Lalitpur to endorse the proposal of distributing the bonus shares. The meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m.
The AGM will endorse the proposal of distributing 1.05264 percent cash dividend for the tax purpose of bonus shares, utilizing the amount received by issuing 200 percent right shares, amending the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and appointment of directors on behalf of the general shareholders.
