Kathmandu. Today is October 21, the last day for the residents of the affected areas to apply for the IPO of SY Panel Nepal.
The company has opened the IPO to the residents of the affected area from September 22. Locals can apply for the IPO till the banking hours today.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to SY Panel to issue 5,232,548 units of shares worth Rs 52,32,54,800. Out of the total offered shares, 2% i.e. 2,61,629 units of shares worth Rs 2,61,62,700 have been issued to the locals.
Residents of all wards of Ratnanagar Municipality of Chitwan can apply for the IPO. Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 1000 units.
Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO of SY Panel. Interested bidders can bid online from SY Panel’s office at Ratnanagar, Prabhu Capital’s Kathmandu-Kamaladi-based office and Prabhu Capital’s office at Kamaladi.
Locals can also apply for the IPO from Prabhu Bank’s Sauraha and Tandi branches.
