Kathmandu. The stock market fell by double digits on Monday. The NEPSE index closed 27.90 points down at 2822.46.
Two groups in the NEPSE sub-group have increased and 11 groups have decreased due to the decline in the market. Other groups fell the most by 0.31 per cent, while microfinance group fell the most by 2.35 per cent.
Today, the share price of 30 companies has increased in the market. Shares of 220 companies have fallen.
On this day, the market has made a transaction of about Rs 10.25 billion. Shivam Cement has the highest turnover.
