Kathmandu. The stock market fell slightly on Wednesday. The NEPSE index closed at 2,653.68 points, down 1.07 points today.
Five groups in the NEPSE sub-group have increased and eight groups have decreased due to the decline in the market. Hydropower group saw the highest decline of 0.74 percent while development bank group saw the highest decline of 1.25 percent.
Today, the share price of 88 companies has increased in the market, while the share price of 159 companies has decreased. The share price of one company has remained stable on this day.
The market has made a transaction of Rs 1.55 billion today. Sanima Mai Hydropower has the highest turnover.
