Kathmandu. The stock market rose marginally on Monday. The NEPSE index closed 2.80 points higher at 2,658.66.
Eight groups in the NEPSE sub-group have risen and five have fallen due to the increase in the market. The hotel and tourism group declined the most by 4.69 per cent, while the finance group declined the most by 1.22 per cent.
Today, the share price of 124 companies has increased in the market, while the share price of all 124 companies has decreased. The market has made a transaction of Rs 13.18 billion today. Sanima Mai Hydropower has the highest turnover.
