Kathmandu. The stock market rose by double digits on Wednesday. The NEPSE index rose by 25.31 points to 2701.48.
As the market rose, 11 groups in the NEPSE subgroup turned green and 2 turned red. On this day, the trading group increased the most by 9.49 percent, while the production and processing group saw the most decline by 1.43 percent.
Today, while the share prices of 166 companies increased, 78 companies decreased. A transaction of about 5.5 billion rupees was made in the market on this day. CEDB Holdings has the highest turnover.
