Kathmandu. The stock market fell by double digits on Tuesday. The NEPSE index closed at 2677.55 points, down 15.57 points.
On this day, 12 groups in the NEPSE subgroup decreased and one group increased. Today, the business group increased by 4.29 percent, while the finance group decreased by the most, by 1.78 percent.
Today, 201 companies’ share prices decreased in the market, while 42 increased. On this day, a transaction of more than 6.5 billion rupees was made in the market. Himalayan Reinsurance has the highest turnover.
