Kathmandu. The Ministry of Finance has become harsh on the working style of the employees of the regulatory bodies and offices under it. Now, the employees working in the regulatory bodies, departments and offices under the Ministry of Finance can directly complain about the bribe demanded while delivering the service.
Issuing a notice today, the Ministry of Finance said that arrangements have been made for the service seekers to raise their complaints. The notice reads, “The service recipients can raise complaints if there is any kind of unnecessary delay or difficulty in service delivery in the services provided by the regulatory bodies, departments, offices, and banks and financial institutions under the Ministry of Finance.
According to the Ministry, the service recipients can directly lodge their complaints at [email protected], [email protected] and hotline (toll-free) number 18105000410. For this, the service recipients can also contact the contact person Under-Secretary Niran Bhattarai (9851405265) or Section Officer Pabitra Gyawali (9851405275).
