Kathmandu. The chiefs of three regulatory bodies of the stock market held a meeting at the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on Wednesday.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) Chudamani Chapagain and Managing Director of CDS and Clearing (CDSC) Prabin Pandak held a meeting at the SEBON office. During the meeting, the three discussed the development and expansion of Nepal’s capital market.
It is said that the capital market and related systems should be further refined. Shrestha, Chapagain and Pandak also discussed the issue of continuing regular coordination meetings on such issues in future as well.
Muktinath Shrestha, head of the regulation department of SEBON, and Rupesh KC, chief of the supervision department, were also present in the meeting.
