A meeting of the Hotel Board of Directors held on Monday has decided to distribute cash dividend to its investors for the current fiscal year. The hotel has decided to distribute 5 percent cash dividend (excluding tax).
The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and will be distributed to the shareholders.
