Kathmandu. Senior Agency Manager of Himalayan Life Insurance Biratnagar, Phurmaya Tamang, is going to participate in the prestigious MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) Global Conference to be held in Macau, China from August 24 to 27.
MDRT is a shared international forum of top financial professionals from nearly 700 companies in nearly 70 countries around the world, where participants expand their network by sharing experiences, knowledge, and success stories.
Tamang, who is going to represent Nepal in this global conference, has become the pride of Biratnagar and the pride of the country. He will go there and hoist the Flag of Nepal.
Prior to his departure, the Koshi Province Office of Himalayan Life Insurance bid him farewell with the flag of Nepal.
On the occasion, Koshi Province Chief Ram Bahadur Shah highly praised Furumaya’s courage, integrity and dedication and said, “Women are not only the basis of family, they are powerful ambassadors who identify the society from financial security to national identity.”
Similarly, Deputy Province Chief Surendra Kumar Karna described Furumaya as an extraordinary woman, courageous personality and an inspirational person dedicated to social service.
Furumaya Tamang has been a MDRT member four times in a row in the past. At the same time, being able to stay in the first place in Nepal continuously for three years is a symbol of his indomitable labor, perseverance and self-confidence.
