The company has decided to distribute a cash dividend of $7.35 per share for the year. This is 8 percent more than the dividend of the previous year.
The company had achieved excellent financial results last year. The company says that the dividend rate has increased due to positive business performance.
In addition, the board of directors has also decided to elect Maarten Hubi and George Quiun as independent directors of the company through the upcoming annual general meeting. The company said that both will be appointed as independent directors for a period of 1 year.
