Kathmandu. Swiss Relay will be sold to Australian insurance scheme Hanover Life Re.
Swiss Re is exiting Asia Pacific by selling its Australian Direx Life Insurance policy to Australia-based Hanover Life Re. For this, Swiss Relay will sell digital white level platform IPTIQ to Haveover Life Re.
Trent Thomson, CEO of Swiss Rico Australia and New Zealand, said: “We are confident that the Hanover Life Relay will be provided as per the wishes of the insured. “I am confident that all stakeholders will be supported and supported throughout the transfer of the policy to Hanover Life Re,” he said.
Gard Obert, MD of Hanover Life Rec, pledged to provide long-term services to partners and insurers following the acquisition of the Australian Policy from Swiss Reich. “Providing continuous and stable service is our priority,” he said, adding, “The insured will get quality policies and services.” ’
The agreement between Swiss Ri and Hanover Life Ri is expected to be completed within the next 18 months. For this, both companies will have to take consent from the court and niyam.
