Kathmandu. Swavalamban Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited has urged the shareholders to accept the cash dividend older than five years. The company has requested to take cash dividend for the financial years 2063/64 and 2065/66, 2066/67, 2067/68, 2068/69, 2069/2070, 2070/71, 2071/2072, 2072/2073, /2073/2074, 2074/2075 and 2075/76.
Some shareholders have not yet received cash dividends older than five years approved by these various general meetings of the organization.
The company has requested the shareholders who have not yet received dividend to submit their shares certificate as well as their identity card to the company’s share registrar NIMB Ace Capital Limited at Lazimpat, Kathmandu within the next 35 days.
If the company does not receive its cash dividend within the said period, the dividend will be deposited in the Investor Protection Fund. Details of shareholders who are yet to receive dividends have been published on the company’s website.
The company has also urged the shareholders who are yet to receive dividend from the fiscal year 2076/77 to 2079/80 by contacting NIMB Ace Capital.
