Swastik Agro Industries Limited is going to issue the primary issue to the general public in the near future after obtaining necessary approval from the regulatory bodies in accordance with the provisions contained in the Securities Registration and Issue Regulations and guidelines related to the issuance and allotment of securities under the Existing Small and Medium Enterprises Securities Issue and Transaction Rules, 2081. The company has appointed Nabil Investment Banking Limited as the issue and sale manager for the issue.
Swastik Agro Industries Limited has become a preferred name in Nepal with the objective of producing and packaging milk and dairy products such as curd, ghee, chocolate and paneer.
Swastik Agro Industries Limited, established with the main objective of making the country self-reliant in milk and milk products through indigenous production and providing pure milk and dairy products to the consumers with the theme of “From Goth to Kitchen” to the consumers, is currently producing and distributing more than 200 liters of milk daily from 35 cows of excellent breeds like Jersey and Holstone on 2 bighas of land located in Godar of Dhanusha district in the name of the company. The shed has been prepared with the aim of adding more cows to 100 cows. The company is conducting studies and research with the aim of establishing a packaging industry in the near future and making it an excellent and reputed company for the dairy production sector.
